Found out how ot adjust my preload today, some people mentioned that my suspension setup might be why my bike is munching tyres, would softer or harder suspension do this, and what would happen if i moved it to the hardest setting possible, and which one is best for handling

Thanks

The more stiff the suspension say a setting of 3 is usually best for high speed or carry a load/pillion.

From info that I've discovered via different sources is that it's best to have a difference of 25% to 35% from where the rear suspension settles and the highest point where you can lift the tail of the bike up to as an optimum setting.
