Hi

My Hornet 600 (2002) has sprung a leak in it's radiator. This was due to one of the fasteners not being there. It's slowly been hammering the bottom corner of the rad againts the frame and now it has a tiny puncture which is so small I can't see it. Can I use rad weld? I've heard some horror stories about it clogging water pumps

Repeated use of it will of course block things up. As will using it in the wrong situation.
Holes which are too small to be seen are exactly what radweld is for, so i say try it!

Might also be worth keeping a lookout of a second hand rad aswell Thumbs Up

Its a one off thing.

just add it like it says in the instructions and it should hold just fine.

i've taken the root of covering the bottom corner in high temperature epoxy resin. Ugly to look at but I think it should hold.
