Hey all!

What is the best way to launch an NSR 125 and what performace benefits do you get out of putting a tuned chamber?

Oh.. and any 1/4 mile times..?

Hey Guest!

I have found the best way to launch is by holding 9000 revs and releasing the clutch gradually, as you let go of the clutch also squeeze the accelerator to Wide Open Throttle (WOT!). This way I've managed to pull off some of the best launches on my RK. Although mine is not tuned to perfection.. yet.. I get single wheel launches (with me leaning forward for weight distribution) though the first and most of the second gear..

Tuned chambers.. ummm.. quite a boost especially at high revs i hear..

not sure of 1/4 mile times.. but roughly i got a 15.2 once.

Cheers!

Pradeep
