Probably for a bit of time, yeah. Chances are we'll move around a bit though.

Hmm not sure if I'll be going to the Donnington one, but I'm considering the Sachsenring GP. Anyone ever been there?

Looks like we'll be going up on the day,we usually watch from the old hairpin for loads of overtaking and a few nasty crashes through craner.

Ticketmaster Info

Donnington Park Info

There's still plenty of Accomodation available within a 10-15 mile radius of Donnington Park if you don't fancy the camping option.

There is an advert in MCN for getting tickets through them. Weekend ticket c/w camping is £69 or £54 without camping. The credit card hotline is 0870 145 1152.

There aren't m/any. You really do not have a hope in hell on the Sunday, and will have great difficulty on the Saturday (Friday is not as bad as there are less people so more chance at getting at one of the few useful places). Most of the fences are tall so you cannot look over the top (the exception is at the tempory grandstands, but not sure if they charge you to sit there on race day), and to get far enough away to see over them you will need a long lense.

One place that is OK is where the old railway carraige is (Foggy Esses?), where there is a viewing platform and a fairly low fence, but I think that is closed off for race day.

To add to the fun your ticket has a bit on the back about not being able to publish any pictures you take.

All the best

Keith
