Laughing I already have a parking pass, got it with my season ticket at the circuit. Its for cars though, hope it applies to bikes as well.

Also, I dont think Tom is planning to stay for the racing. He "cant afford not to work" ( Rolling Eyes ) so I'm only guessing he'll do the taxi run, go to work for a few hours then come back to the circuit to drop ya'll back off in durham. If not, theres a few others who are riding there and I'm sure would be able to help on the way back, should it make things awkward for him getting back to the track on time.

I dont have a ticket for croft anyways so it would just end up costing loads on the door.

I can start/finish work anytime I want. so its not a problem doing both runs.

The parking pass will be usefull for me getting back into the place to pick you up.

Well I'll stick me pillion seat pad on then, just in case. Having said that, if the weather's a pish-poor as it's supposed to be, I may just go in the car - a lift's no bother then either as long as ya don't mind riding with a fair-weather fairy like me Laughing

My ticket is for race day only. Tomorrow I shall be mostly digging 3ft holes around the garden for the new 6ft fence.

Well today was pretty good. Miserable this morning, rained heavy for a while, but that soon went and made for some lovely qualifying sessions. Was good to see the Super bikes in action, but a shame Mr Jeremy Mcwilliams wasnt there, according to the announcer, he was "away doing some PR work for the Eddie Stobart team." Either that or the team couldnt afford to run 3 bikes this weekend. Razz

Nevermind though, was still good to see the likes of Reynolds and Smart putting in some nice lap times. Thumbs Up

The Virgin mobile R6's ready to take off:

Scott Smart on a flying lap of the second qualifying session: (Much dryer than the first!)

Just hope weather turns out just as well for tomorrows racing. Really nice night, lets pray the weather holds out. Praying

There was a very convincing impersonator signing autographs for the bairns then, about 3pm along near the Complex Very Happy Shocked

Somebody should have told the commentators!

Well its been a great weekend, with exception to a few unforseen "problems" with my bike. Laughing

Picked Natasha and Craig up nice and early from the hotel, half way to croft, bike makes god awful sound and loses power. Manage to nurse it to the circuit where Craig has a look and claims it could be the valves. Crap. So we park up and get ready for the racing. Some good racing, shame about the bad weather though. Very cold and miserable, but racing was good. Arranged my parents to take Nat and Craig back to the hotel at the end of the day as I didnt fancy riding a bike with no power a good 50 miles. Laughing Anyway, end of the day, we all set off home. Me and Tom (Dodsi) went to get on the bikes and sod off before traffic got seriously bad. One problem. Bandit wouldnt start. Decide to phone my brake down recovery. Tom called his father to say he'd be late, but turns out as he was calling, he was right opposite us in the car about to leave. Laughing So his dad kindly had a look around the bike, found that my exhaust manifold bolts were so loose you could tighten them with your finger! So what could of potentially been a big problem was actually something small and silly. Doesnt matter though, was still a good day out, nice to see some new faces as well. Glad to help you two out, and hope you had a good day. Thumbs Up

Shame we didnt bump into you at all, Andy. We were expecting to see you out and about.
