Also when i turn the bike on i think it is the power valve it moves about half inch in a circle is this normal. thanks so none of those pipes are attached to any thing. i have also found a really fat pipe almost looks blue much bigger in diameter do you know where this one goes.

Thanks alot for all your help i really do appreciate it

about the valves , the servo-motor has a pulley visible under the right side of the tank . each time of you put the key on the servo moves the valves full openning , then when you start engine the servo closes the valves and stay there as long as you are under 6500 RPM , if you go over the servo open the valves . this is to have the max torque at low RPM . all the process is controled by an electronic box called RC valves control unit sited under the carb in the vertical plane front of the battery . this box check the valves position function of your RPM every ~3 seconds and will keep them open except if your RPM go under 4500 then it will reclose and the process restart .
you have also on the carb 2 big rubber black pipes . the bigger one is the petrol pipe coming from the tank , the other is the 2T oil pipe coming from the pump .
