I'm looking at doing the Donington GP Circuit as my next trackday. I've done the National Circuit twice but fancy a go at the rest of the circuit too.

There are two dates towards the end of June I'm considering:

Tuesday 21st June with Focused Events - £160 (Full noise, I think)
Tuesday 28th June with No Limits - £155 (Full noise)

Anyone else up for it? Which one I book will probably depend on weather forecasts nearer the time.

I'll come along and watch you, though this time I shan't be riding unless a miracle happens. Laughing

Why not? Something wrong with the bike?

The fact I have no money and the bike is leaking oil from its new engine. Confused

And if you remember the bike was having problems at the last trackday I did, turns out it was terminal and was a major problem. Confused

I'm tempted, was going to do Cadwell (again) with Colin but this is a bit more tempting, will decide closer to the time.

As long as you help me out the gravel with my bike afterwards! Laughing

Sounds good. I'll probably aim for a pit halfway along somewhere (number 15 or so?).

The paperwork they sent me says no restricted licences. They never seem to check much, but it's not worth the risk of losing your money and ruining your day.

Going2fast - yes to the make of bike. BHP doesn't matter (within limits - I wouldn't want 12BHP out there...), but as mentioned the type of licence does.

Silver - I'll see how close we can get to 15 Very Happy

Hi

No problems. Got a few of you, but not that many (you seemed to disappear early). Not sorted them out yet, but that was the best of you I have found so far.

All the best

Keith

Was there a problem with your bike? I notice you (I think it was you?) pull to the side whilst waiting to go out one session.

Lordy, that's a better collection of photos than the official track photographer Very Happy

Yes - I pulled out during the second to last session as I had a couple of puffs of blue smoke.

Got home OK, but it will be into the dealer to get looked at (oh the joy of two year warantees on Italian bikes Very Happy )
