helloooooooooo, just thought I would drop by to say hi, I am currently using internet on a very posh camp site in Italy - Florence.

We are all having a wicked time and making very good progress. For those that dont know, we set off for Europe on the 20th on 3 400cc bikes (zxr, vfr, cbr) We hit the Alps and twisties by the second day where we stayed in gap... 3rd day... digne.... 4th day Frejus (swam in the med).

We have passed through monico and on the way out of there just across the italian boarder we saw a bush fire that was just dying down fortunatley, the whole bank was burnt. Claud also managed to hit a car with his pannier when over taking at 50mph which resulted in us getting chased down by a big angry espanion, fortunalty the foot long scratch wasnt a scratch and was infact just rubber off his pannier.

We then headed for pisa where we saw the leaning tower which was very very cool indeed, that fuckers leaning! Also I managed to scrape my right knee down several times and an italian motorway! even the motorways are twisty around here...

Today we are heading for rome and looking forward to our 3 star air conditioned hotel for 2 nights.

There shall be a proper report when we get back of course and I shall keep keith filled in on the details.

Ciao

Ai, it is indeed. This is Mike who was dressed as a lifeguard as opposed to the Mike who demanded being called "Emily" all night Laughing

Good to hear from you guys, even if you are making us all very jealous. Have a great time (and prove all those cynics wrong about 400 reliability) Thumbs Up
