After a rebuild, and lots of help from you all!! Engine is V Good, but we keep getting water warning light on after only 7 or so miles running engine in at 30mph dispite having large carb, sports ex and no restrictions!!
Could we have an air lock? just refilled rad, but do we need to bleed system?
Thanks in advance for your ideas.

Ok the system looks fairly similar to my senda so.

-Remove large hose that goes to the cylinder and the thermostat.

-Fill water compartment and tubes and waterpump below.

- Squeeze tubes to ensure no trapped air.

-Once filled, put thermostat back on aswell as tube.

-Fill water tank, without replacing the cap squeeze all tubes well to ensure no ait trapped. Replace cap.

That it I think, if not please someone correct me.
