Severn is free for bikes,
Car it is now £4.50 as we discovered to our shock on returning to Cardiff after a weekend with GG and Zim Shocked

We had JUST scraped enough for the usual £4.40 (I'm talking pennies and monkey fluff), only to find out it was £4.50! Tight g*ts made us write a cheque! Evil or Very Mad
