That's a bugger to have that happen to you after having fun at Killspills yesterday. I think me and Smoto were commenting on how your bike was smooth and pristine when you wheeled it under the arches at the ace.

Well it was great to have White Noise around to give you a hand there Thumbs Up, and glad to hear all things were OK.

Any sort of spill is bad, but Tbone's are especially bad as you don't know what hit you nor were you able to see them.

Was the driver a bit of a boy-racer type, cos seeing that his car's a prelude, it suggests that he was probably blaring out bass instead of paying attention.

Hope the insurance is swift and hope to see you on the road soon.

Yeah not really down at all at the moment. Even though the crash wasn't the worse in the world by any means, it could have had a much worse ending.

Was chatting about the replacement bike very soon after the crash...

Just hope the insurance claim goes smoothly. Hospital tomorrow - having trouble walking now. And that definately says walking btw Wink

in that pic it does look bent, but i think thats due to the black front hugger mounting, when i was looking the bike over they seemed straight to me. see what the local honda garage says

To replace every panel will probably cost the best part of two grand alone (at Honda pricing). I could see some of the casings looked scuffed too. Not going to be cheap.

Shit, nasty that. Brighton was mad, I nearly got hit by at least 10 cars. The bikes for once rulled over the cars, so the cars had no where to go expect into us!

The worst one was on the way home, guy pulled out from a junction, I really don't know how I didn't go into him! My friend behind me said "Your wheels locked and you drifted sideways". I filtered up to his window and did a burnout, kept me happy Middle Finger .

That bike will almost certainly be written off, even if the forks aren't bent.

I feel bad for you, and know what ya going through really.

If anyone else has a 6RR lookout it is the time of year for them to be written off aparently.

Mine was written off by insurer's engineer, who said he had just came from another RR. Then Joe's.

Case may take a while Joe, as I expect mine will too.

I suppose a plus is that he/she is clearly at fault where as mine is an if/maybe although it was the drivers fault.

Good luck on the new bike and get checked up. For extra claims purposes! Razz
