I indicated, but didnt check my mirrors.

I remember a police man telling me that i would be cautioned in the car, and that i would then give my side of the story, although this never happened. I don't think that the accident was investigated. Also the witnesses weren't asked anything either. The police man took what he saw, and determined that we were both partly to blame, and that we should sort it out between ourselves.

Now i have been left with the drivers name, reg, and address (without the postcode) and no phone number. Fucking great deal of help the police were Thumbs Down

bolloxs how can u be partly to blame, i bumped some bloke up the arse of his car my own insurance said i was to blame cause i shouldve kept a safe distance they wouldnt say nowt else and payed out to the bloke without question. now insurance companies dont do that do they thing is the silly bitch in the car in the front just pulled in to go to the shop he slammed on his brakes missing her and i hit him, she turned around and said nothing to do with me and fucked off i followed her gave some very harsh verbal as she deservered it fight it in court if need be rule of the road is if u get bumped from behind its automatic there fault dont take it lying down fuck em.
