Im after getting my 3 year old daughter a LT50 shape / size quad for Xmas? As anyone on here got one for their 3 year old. She is tall for her age. Just wondering if it'd be suitable or should I wait til next year. I want her to get into bikes, and not be scared of them, she does sit on my tank and I take her for a little ride into my garage, she loves it.
Also should I get a new one, I see them about for about £250, brand new? Or do I go second hand?

IMO quads are dangerous in the wrong hands, I thought a little off road bike would be better.
If one of those things lands on top of you that would be painful. ____________________ Cleverly disguised as a responsible adult.

I'm thinking quad, one of the most unstable things when cornering I can imagine right now. Then I'm thinking 3 year old. Then I'm thinking responsible parent. Maybe just the way my mind works though
Still, if you're got room for her to play with it that isn't a public road or park and you've come to terms with the fact she might get hurt then why not.
Personally, and you did ask for people's opinions, if you want her to get into bikes I'd wait another year and get something like the Yamaha PW50.
FWIW did a quick google for info on the LT50 and came across this site.
