Yes they really are, they are expensive but you can actually really do some nice blending with them.

that's drawn!?!?! holy fuck!! i thought it was photoshop effect on a photo! that's really amazing dude can you post up all your pics? if i send you a really could photo you reckon you could draw it for me?

Yes, I've been looking at prismacolor pencils, and they are quite pricey. Wasn't sure though. I'm after some good quality pencils so that I can get back into my drawing again properly. If buying them though, I'd get them off eBay, much cheaper.

I don't buy them in the sets. You can get them individually so I just buy for what my project is. There is a site I think it's Dick Blick.com or something like that. The prices there are much cheaper than anyplace else I've seen them.

Very immpresive, is that just pencils then ? No markers ?
How do you go about starting a drawing like that, steps to get it that good if you don't mind me asking ( 2nd year engineering product design student ) so any tips etc would be great Thumbs Up Thumbs Up

Some serious skills you have Thumbs Up, art was the only subject i cared for at school!!

Edit, on the motogp gallery, is the 2nd pic down, with rossi going underneath Gib on the last corner on Jerez? where Gib ended up in the dirt??
