Do it once, injure yourself, make them feel bad, don't get bugged about it any more.

I must post that photo of my leg...

'Twas all an unfortunate incident in temporal mechanics.... just as bendy was riding along a portal to another time and dimension opened... 3 little purple goblins popped out and poked her leg with their hurt-sticks... they then broke the peg off her minimoto to cover up the fact that it was them... and disapeared back to their place in the mulit-verse Razz

That looks quite nasty actually, but then bruises always look worse than they are. I fell off quite spectacularly (unfortunately not on camera) and altho i hurt my arm only had a small cut. Very unlikely you'll really hurt yourself.

You will love it when u try it, hurting yourself is not really on your mind.

When you look at the major injury risk on minimoto, its bugger all compared to an CBR400 or R6/1

I didn't find it fun before I fell off. Just doesn't float my boat. My not doing it again has got nothing to do with hurting myself last time, it's cos I thought it sucked as a way to pass 10 minutes Razz

Now karting... there's a passtime!

you'tr probably actually closer to the ground in a kart than on a minimoto. But it's like anything, it's more fun when it's a silly variation on what u do everday (ride a bike). So car drivers enjoy using karts, and we like using minimotos.

I had my first go at offroading today on my sis' new XT225, managed to jump it several times and slide the back wheel, was great fun Smile
