new bikes (site to look up reg number)

Hello all,

Ive been offered 2 bikes for the asking price of £300 (should be able to get it down). I trust the person they are coming from and he says he could put his hands on the log books (they have been standing for a fair while in a garden). Ones a CB125tdc (1983 - same as my current bike) and ones a GP125 (1981).

I however cant find any information on the reg number of the CB, rac site says unknown registration

Any suggestions on how to find out more about this bike ?

I found out the info from the dvla site? I think it was that anyway, thanks to craig

Now Im wondering if these are worth the cash The forks are quite wrecked on both from what I can remember, All I really want is the cb for spares.
