Hello everybody,
I have an old Honda which i believe to be be an H-Reg. It is 250cc, with quite big chrome handles..
Not a very detailed description i know, but this is where the problem lies..

This motorbike was my fathers, but he died 6years ago. I was only 16 so i could not use the motorbike.. As a result this motorbike has been in my garage for all this time. I have got to the age where i would like to ride the bike...
But i am in the position where it hasnt been running since my father died.

I was wondering if anybody knew of any enthusiasts or restorers who might consider taking on this job, and what sort of prices it would cost..
I live in the West Wickham area, near Hayes, inbetween Bromley and Croydon.

So if anybody knows of somewhere local i could find someone who could help me that would be great..

Thanks for your time,
Matt

Which H-reg.. 1969 or 1990? (the H at the front or back of the number?)

If it goes: H 123 ABC it is 1990. If it goes: ABC 123 H it is 1969.

In either case, it is probably a superdream (CB250) or a variant thereof. Post a piccy and we can probably come up with what it is which would be helpful in knowing how to fix it/who to get to fix it.

If it was put away running and has been dry stored, it probably just wants a service. Superdreams had their problems as bikes but they are pretty simple and reliable with it.

The model number is often incorporated in the first few digits of the frame number.
