im after a top end, power valve assemably, cdi, front pipe, carb and intake rubber and reeds !!! i was told this shit fits and then my bike would be a 200 wot u guys think ?

I had a KMX125 and fitted a 200 front forks. Not sure about the rest coz I never really looked into it. I have a haynes manual for sale if you need it. Just £5.

Wouldn't it be cheaper and easier to just buy a KMX200, and sell the 125? Or are there licence issues (i.e. lack of) here?
