surely you could get the company to deliver next day if you find an english company?

it usually costs a wee bit more, about £5, but they can send it next day by courier through recorded delivery i think.

cos i cant afford it thats why, i just spent 32quid on a battery on thursday, which then got raped on saturday and wont hold charge, so i now need another battery too, second hand is just as good as brand new except a fraction of the price, the bike has cost me 140quid in the last month, ive only had it since 21st oct! what a fuckin nightmare

for fucks sake, how fuckin pissing me off is this! i went intot he bike shop and they said they get me one in, went in today and they hadnt even phoned the supplier, so they did and they want 70quid for one, so i spoke to breakers who i finally found who had one and they wanted 35, so i got fed up of waiting and said ok and paid 35quid for one,t hen an hour later a guy from another breakers finally got back to me and said 25, then someone from ebay said 15 and now i got the opportunity of one for 17quid, how fuckin crap do i feel now! i paid twice what i couldve paid if id waited another few hours, but i need the bike back on the road as i have no transport and am getting lifts to work, so i suppose i had to bite the bullet and shouldnt regret it, gimme your paypal mate and ill take one off you as a spare or incase this breakers fucks it up and sends me a valve cap instead. the serial number for the one off my bike is....SH555-12 and has 1.4 written under neith that number, the bike is a 1991 L1, hope that helps. cheers
