suggestion - technical forum

i know this has been suggested before and decided it wasn't needed, but now there a bit more demand - i know myself and dodd have both taken on a couple of projects, we could have a sticky for derestriction questions, and all kinds of small posts that are too minor for the main forum and just disappear in an hour.

On the original nsr125 forum we had a seperate technical forum... a lot of people din't bother to read it, so it was integrated into the general one.

(This idea has been suggested several time before I believe)

Might work better now, as we've got more people though... but then more random experience of bikes etc.
