Im stuck with a simple validation rule

I have this field that displays a date, I need it to do a validation that will check that if its over 3 weeks from the current date then it displays a message saying 'this date is over three weeks ago'

I can do the pop up message and everything but what do i put in for the validation?

something along the lines of

iif date() = 3 weeks less than now() display 'your date is three weeks old'

^^ need that in a code it will recognise!

Is it VB?

If so, then it's easy peasy

There's a function "DateDiff()", which returns the, er, difference between two dates

Thusly:

I believe it's 'vba' : Visual Basic for applications... mostly the same, especially in the latest releases.

Occasionally mess around with it, but haven't fora while.
