Do you /really/ have to post on a forum to ask this kind of thing?

Withhold your number and ring them, pretend you got the wrong number and ask who they are, anything!

Out of interest, do you carry a PDA about your person so you can dial into the net and access BCF 24/7? Wink

Sometimes, you lot are the biggest bunch of cunts I have ever known.

Ask a question and all you get is sarcastic replys along the line of 'you cant spell thats not professional!' - Rolling Eyes

If you havnt got anything useful to say then just keep it shut.

And all this 'why dont you just ring them up, are you thick?, well I'm trying to find out if there is such a thing on the net where u just put in the number, hence saving me doing a 'ding dong dash'

There is no way of getting a name from a number unless you know someone on the inside at BT.

What can i say ? If you really need to refer to BCF for help with the most inane of lifes little issues then what can you expect ???

Christ it would have taken 20secs to phone them and solve the problem but no , spend time posting it on here , that makes much more sense

you post the number, and i will ring them tomorrow, find out who they are, and post back here

i used to do date cleansing on records for telemarketing so I am hardened to such difficult tasks as ringing a company and asking who they are and what they do

i can understand you inhibition but its not necessary

Google it doesn't just mean put the number in, google it means searching until the answer is found using various search terms. Laughing

It was a called from a business, I'd expect Google has heard of their phone number but you do have to try searching with a bit of effort before finding out.

What's the phone number?
