Bloody hell, what a price!!

Quick comparison , the flat in the next building to me is going for 300K, centre of Cheltenham.. Shocked Thumbs Down

That the best bit, that garage looks idea for bikes, near the house and easy to electisty to then its a bike workshop! Razz

Thats a lots of house for £126K, would never get that down the south Thumbs Down
