I can't be arsed dealing with money. It is an annoyance. I pay someone else to deal with things like that.

Ah smells of Mrs Thatcher (Milk Snatcher) and her cunning plan to release funds tied up in National Industries by selling them to the public (Or any one else with enough dosh).
