Yep, just been told I've been given a new job Very Happy. I'm not moving up, rather, moving sideways, but I'm moving into a role that has much better bonuses and incentives Smile.

So I'm ceasing to be a customer service monkey for Thames Water, and i'm going to be a "I'll give you free texts per month if you stick with this company" monkey Very Happy, working for an undisclosed major telecommunications company Smile.

Well that's a random turn-across for the CDRW's (books are outdated) Laughing
