Don't think it's a DNS error. done a dns lookup to get the ip, using https://207.44.136.7/ should show visordown but what looks like a default install page appears.

If it's on a shared server (quite likely, given that cPanel is a shared-hosting admin package) you have to access a page by domain name, otherwise the server doesn't know which of the sites it hosts you're after.

It's a dedicated server, but Ben (Admin) runs 3 seperate sites from it.

There was indeed a DNS problem, now resolved Cool
