I've got me a psp, but i've only got 2 games at the moment; Worms and Midnight club 3:dub edition. Anyone got any other games that they recommend? I'm thinking about getting star wars battlefront 2....anyone know if this is any good as i've read mixed reviews about it. Thinking Cheers!

One of the more bizarre games to launch with the PSP, Metal Gear Acid pits Solid Snake against a base full of soldiers with only one weapon: a...deck of cards? That's right; in this card-game, turn-based strategy game, you'll need to construct a deck drawn from over 200 cards based on events and characters in previous Metal Gear games, and use it to defeat numerous soldiers, robots, security cameras, and a few bosses.

Syphon Filter: Dark Mirror

If you liked any other Syphon Filter games of course Smile

The Worms game isn't bad for a quick game on the train...

Battlefront 2 is ace.

Its better on the ps2 like, but the psp version is very workable too.

Lumines is an excellent game. Its a bit like tetris but better. Blasphemy i know but fact. Has excellent music too.

Wipeout Pure is absolutely fantastic. very fast, very engaging and has very incredibly satisfying weapons to boot. Again excellent music and graphics. Also has free track/weapon/vehicle addons from the wipeout website that you can download through wireless (go sit ina starbucks or something) or by transferring from your pc by usb cable.

Syphon filter dark mirror has recieved excellent reviews and the gameplay videos look very intense.

Metal gear acid is a very good, but certainly not to everyones tastes. Its not the same as metal gear at all really, apart from the setting. Its based on cards and action points - more like Magic the gathering or something like that. Personally i like it alot - great for the train journey to work - its slower paced so you dont have to be staring at the screen whilst wondering where your train is stopping...

Exit is a very good quirky puzzle game where you have to save civilians from burning buildings and the like. recomended.

I would certainly check out the PSP sections of

https://www.gamespot.com/psp/index.html
and
https://www.eurogamer.net/index.php?platform=psp

https://cgi.ebay.co.uk/PSP-BUNDLE-60-GAMES-DOWNGRADER-MOVIE-CONVERTER_W0QQitemZ8278603981QQcategoryZ91514QQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem

If you went for the giga pack you have to get this

My mate did it and it 100% works but we didnt get it off the above ebayer. Seems there cracking down on it as there were 100's on ebay only a few left now

Basically its 60 of the latest games all compressed onto a standard DVD. All you do is transfer the game you want to play to the gig card, and hey presto bobs your dads best freinds girlfriends pets uncle

sounds crap...im just waiting on mine being delivered Sad

im also just waiting on wipeout pure arriving as well.

GTA:LCS is pretty good although its just more of the same IMO. MC:DUB is crap, played mine about twice. coded arms aint too bad if you like FPS. i also really liked world champ snooker (i know WTF!) and virtual tennis too.

i seem to keep going back for more ridge racers though...until pure arrives hopefully tomorrow Thumbs Up Cool
