I do it in word. Find out the measurements of the frame. Paste an image into word then right click on it then format object.
Click size then you can change the exact size of it pretty easily. Print out then cut out and it fits perfectly. |

I did try this, i pasted it in, well actually inserted it.
I changed the sizes but when i went back into the format window it wasnt what i typed. ____________________ Cleverly disguised as a responsible adult.

Open the picture, press "CTRL R" and select the size you want (in cm if you like), then print!

If you are running Windows XP then the photo printing wizard is normally pretty good IME. If you right click the image and click print and follow the wizard... fairly simple
