I'm new to BCF and am trying to upload a nice avatar to my profile so I've been rescaling the image using adobe and when I save it the file size is 9K but as soon as I try to put it on my profile I am told the avatar size should be less than 10K....please help!

Adobe Lies

Right click on file and select properties within Windows Explorer.

You'll get a more accurate reading that way.

If you're using photoshop, save it as .gif, it'll be a lot smaller and you won't notice a difference in something as small as an avatar.
