@ cliff. If your able to emotionally detach yourself from the girl there will be no problem's. If you can see that the sexual experience is the relationship then you'll be fine. If you can't do that then stop seeing her, simple.

Before getting all judgemental it might be worth remembering that everyone's wired differently - some people can get their heads around seeing other people, some can't. If you can, fine go for it. If not, don't.

Not anyone else's buisness - so maybe people should re-consider some of your views? they apply to you, not everyone else?

Ok I agree with that! Well It got sorted out. I do like the girl and were in a "proper" relationship now, whatever that is. And she hadnt shagged anyone else all the time I have been seeing her, and I had which made me feel a bit guilty about it. But shes cool with that becuase shes a good girl. To be honest Cliff, an 'open relationship' isn't a proper relationship. It's almost like you're the fall back. It's a difficult decision to make, however, most people come out of the other end of an open relationship feeling terrible either through guilt or feeling used.

back to the topic - I would be worried about catching some STD. You would have to have a good conversation with your g/f and if your both happy with an "open" relationship discuss things like using protetion with your "other" partners. I know a couple that are swingers and are very happy but i think they do that with each other there and not behind their partners back.
