Ive got a movie on my computer and i want to put it on my psp. The file ends in .avi. The file is 251mb so i compressed it into a .mp4 to put on my psp and after it had finished 'compressing' it was 321mb wtf????

I'm pretty sure mpegs are a higher quality compression than avi, so even compressing an avi will cause an increase in file size. You're probably better sticking to avi format. Unless of course it's a compatability thing...
