Maybe we should get the word out and try and stage a protest run in every country effected by these things, get it to happen world wide on the same day at the same local start time, people may take notice then

I was there. It was a pretty good turnout considering we only had a week or so to organise it. Sadly a guy and his GSXR were decaptitated by one of the wire barriers, so we decided to organise some form of protest whilst there was media interest in the matter.
I think the official count was 600 people on 480 bikes, so it wasn't bad number wise.
to the police too for all their help, there was even a 5 cage pile up on the motorway, but they kept a lane open for us and even controlled the traffic lights so that we could keep together as a group. ____________________ Dangerous traffic offences spotted on 50-minute trip: Lost count after 100.
