You could get BT39 in NSR sizes (130/17 rear, I forget the front), however it's a lot harder to find them now, as they discontinued them.
They still do the BT39SS and I think they should still do it in 125 sizes. It's more of a race tyre, but should be okay for occasional sunday use.

Its always a problem trying to get sticky sports tyres in sizes under 140/70 rear, as like G said, they have discontinued many smaller size sports tyres. Im going 2 use a 3.5" front rim and a 4.25" rear, which should let me use a 110/70 front and a 140/70 rear tyre. Im looking at Bridgestone BT090's or similar.
The CRM should be albe to take a 150/70 rear tyre, so maybe some sports 250 wheels like RGV/RS250 rims would fit, if you want to go for the cast wheel route. I reckon for a popular bike like the CRM you would find a pair of built spoked wheels for sale easy enough in TBM or SM magaxine etc.
