I disagree with just not bothering with insurance etc if one is to do what I suggest it is no different to riding without restrictors when one is on a restricted A2 licence.

You have brain aids. Your brain aids stops you from seeing that you have brain aids

Points mean prizes and in your case you're going to get lots of prizes.

BCF's moral compass baffles me at times, it really does. Bodyguard passed a test which two years ago would deem him good enough to ride a 1000cc restricted to 33bhp (honest 'guv). Due to the passage of time him he is now restricted to a 125cc unless he has the balls to do a bit of fiddling this is wholly unacceptable and is a kitten killer?

Indeed.

What's farcical is having to sit the tests again on a bigger bike. Why? Because you'll just be doing exactly the same stuff, at essentially the same speeds (barring a few mph on a dual carriageway).

It would actually be far, far simpler to just say: pass tests on any bike at any age, then make any power limits entirely age based.

Simpler to understand, simpler to do, simpler to administrate, simpler to police. Everything that Brussels and Whitehall despise.

I hope he does it and gets away with it.

I also hope he does it and gets gaol for perverting the course of justice.

Contradictory? You can't tell me how to logic.

That's too sensible to be implemented, and would rob Insurance companies of loads, given that a phased introduction to motorcycle horsepower could not be used as an excuse for quotes of £2300
