I had a good chat to a chap at Onecall last year, perhaps he was second-line or further, though. We'll see. I will relay any or no info, as the case may be.
You deal with the software? Go on, put a little Easter Egg in there for we responsible ones (!), you know you want to! Well, I know you can't, for at least two reasons, but it's a nice thought...

Unfortunately I cant sneak anything in
Would be interesting to see what you find out. You've got more patience than I do, I hate talking to insurers |

I would also say that there is no "best" insurance. The best thing you can do is to compare differnent offers and companies, read through reviews and so on. This article is very helpful about finding the best insurance, it's in German but you can easily translate it with GoogleTranslate or whatever app you want to use:https://www.meisterbob.de/versicherungsvergleiche/ |
