Erk BBC website reckons thundery showers on Friday, the MET office however say Thundery showers on Saturday night....

Well, I'm going to be optimistic and say they're both wrong and that we're going to stay dry, and warm and sunny Very Happy

Showers aren't a problem, they soak away fairly quickly. It's when it rains solidy for 3 days like it did last year - that's when it gets fun.

I haven't read every single post but is anyone going on their bikes?
Looks like many are going into the car section.

I have bought some excellent luggage to make sure I can survive with my own cans of beer all weekend, and take everything and 2 of us on the bike wit tent and all the bol we need.

I will have to say that going in a car is a bit of a poofs malarky at a bike show.

I went in the car last year for confidence and extreme weather reasons, but I'm goign on the bike this year, some one has to take a car anyway to get the gazebos there Smile

What a great show that was with a smashin' atmos.
We camped in A the bikes campsite, and it was nicely spread out. I got absolutely wasted on friday, must have done at least 20 cans. ( burp )
Hanoi Rocks was amazing and UFO were excellent. I'm afraid the Classic whitesnake band was a little too much to take though. Talk about stretching a 3 minute song out to 20 minutes.

Some of those big cruiser bikes were a sight for sore eyes. I have always managed to have a healthy objection to them but I would have been very happy to have won the Harley. Thumbs Up

What a crackin' weekend!

We had glorious sunshine, pirates, toes, beer & even a superhero!!! What mre could we ask for argghhh! Dance!
