Exclamation I was also told that they cant fail you for going in the 'wrong' direction.

I reckon you do have a good case to appeal Drew...if you could be arsed!

...I knew a bloke who appealled about his test result....
He had been riding a 125 for 10yrs, then he decided to take his test.
The first time round he failed, and he was 'so' pissed off, coz he thought he must be 'good' having already riden for 10yrs.
So he appealed. And he got a free re-test.....
But he failed it on the second time too!! And he was 'so' pissed off again, that he appealled again (Exclamation). He got *another* free retest. Shocked
He passed third time!

...but it goes to show, the appeal may have its hidden advantages.

Smile hehe.....sssshhhhh......i was thinking of appealing but the length of time and hassle of it its just a pain in the arse im gonna take another test as soon as i can, hopefully ill have a different examiner....im going with tin tho, i reckon the whole test thing is cr*p i mean how can they judge how good you are by a 30 min test a u-turn and an emergency stop???

I had a better run the 2nd time thatn the 3rd and I failed 2nd. You should have a test like a lesson. All day judging your riding ability in various situations.

Smile yeah thats what i was thinking an all day test that that is sort of a lesson, they wont fail you for mistakes at the start but by the end of the day they expect you to ride safely sort of thing....
