Seriously, if you want new and can stretch to £300, you can get a Specialized Hardrock. The frame is the standout component here and gives a decent start base.

Anyone know anything about a Scott YZ2? 'project octagon' if that narrows it down at all.. Not sure how old but
it looks exactly like this one

New chain, sprockets etc, looks reasonably tidy.
£170 from a bike/repairs shop, any idea how much these are worth/ I should be looking to pay?

Under £100 but depends on what bits it has on it. Assume the frame, if straight is worth £50.
Looks like a jump/4X style frame, is that what you're looking for?
Also, they're chain rings, don't go calling them sprockets in a bicycle shop, you'll get looked at funny  ____________________ Insta - FemFeral |
