I use normal silicone ear plug+Shoei J Force 4(not sold in UK?) + Screen like this. Mine is 250 and usually cruise at aroud 60mph though, it's comfortable.

Well I just went to a bike rally this weekend on my 9hp Minsk 125 which involved going the full length of the M6 and most of the A14.

How did I cope with that? Well, I put it in the back of a van then parked up and unloaded it when I turned off the A14 because fuck that for a game of soldiers. I could also have taken my VFR instead but PR6 tyres are expensive and work pays for my van tyres.

I did the 2010 Round Britain Rally on my 350 Bullet. 89 landmarks, 3 months, 9,500 miles.

Still eligible for furthest travelled? Shifty

Last year 310 miles from Co. Durham to Turriff, even the Fazers comfort was tested, truly don't know how the yanks do 1000 miles in a day.

@OP i've borrowed a mates bike with one of those cramp buster type attachments on the throttle, it made a world of difference taking the constant load off the wrist...I just keep forgetting to order my own for how often it'd be useful (once a month riding to another part of the country).

It really does if you have a heavy throttle.

Yep, quite .. trying various ways of putting a bike in/on the Sprinter. The A100 might fit on a Dave Cooper rack. The Skorpion maybe inside with something like this.. fitted to cargo rail

PS those roads take you to Suffolk - intriguing.
How close did you dare go in the van? Very Happy

Meh, I arrived at a permier Inn about midnight the night before the rally which was half an hour away from the rally site (you can pay for long stay parking at most premier inns via a 3rd party parking app and it's pretty cheap). However I got up in the morning and had an explore round some back lanes in the area, even took in a green lane (only one in the area). I basically rode around for a couple of hours until I was good and lost then navigated my way back to the rally. Probably did more miles than a lot of the people who attended. I used two tanks of fuel in any case.
