Payment c/card or cheque plus allow £10 post and packing

All prices are plus VAT

Think ill buy one of them in the summer.
Might also get my head and cylinder done by them, its only £55 for a stage 1 tune and it would take out any 'import restriction'. Thats only bout £250 (including jets and packaging) and the bike would go like a rocket!!!

can someone plz explain about jetting i have no idea what you mean. Do you have to buy a 133 jet or is it an adjustable thing on the bike??? God help me!!! lol

Hi

Jets are small pieces in the carbs with small holes in them. Generally the larger the hole the more fuel they will flow. The main jet controls the amount of fuel passed at high throttle openings. You can only adjust the main jet by changing it. Beware that jets can sometimes behave oddly, with the larger jet not always flowing more fuel, and also that the material the jet is made out of can also affect how much fuel they flow (most are brass, occasionally they are nylon, so try and avoid swapping between the 2)

The needle jet is a tappered needle that fits into a hole. The needle is attached to the carb slide, which is raised when you open the throttle. This way as the throttle opens the section of the needle "blocking" the hole gets narrower and allows more fuel to flow. You can adjust this slightly by raising or lowering the needle in the slide (the needle is held in place with a clip in on of several grooves, and you just move the clip to another groove), but for major changes you change the needle.

The idle jetting varies, but is generally adjustable. There are 2 kinds, allowing either more air or more fuel. On the first kind screwing the adjuster in richens the mixture (ie, more fuel to air), while on the 2nd type screwing the adjuster in weakens the mixture (ie, less fuel to air)

The idle jet affects the mixture for roughly the first 1/4 of throttle opening, the needle jet from 1/4 to 3/4 and the main jet for the last 1/4 of throttle opening.

All thebest

Keith

A friend of mine bought Jolly Moto exhaust system some months ago, and the exhaust-system is all rusty and ugly now.
But my Arrow exhaust-system still looks new (2 months old), and the sound is better to.
