really sorry you are having problems with these selfish , spiteful poisonous old bastard neighbours of yrs.

as for the bucket of water thing , well i would have called the police, that is so out of order.

i'm so glad i have the neighbours i do. i live up a private dead end lane, mainly retired folk.the houses are terraced my bike lives on a hard standing. the guys next door has a sports bike with a loud akky can, mines a loud micron. another guy has an vw beetle which is stooopid loud.

the neighbours love it! whenever i'm outside cleaning or whatever, the old boy next door always comes out to talk to me , so do some of the old dears. they never complain an think its good that the 'young uns' have these hobbies

they know i don't take the bike to work and ivor the old boy next door, always tells me he keeps an eye on it if any vans or dodgy things come up the lane. Thumbs Up

THATS THE KIND OF OLD FOLK NEIGHBOURS WE ALL NEED!

good luck with yrs Confused

If she's causing you this much hassle, don't let her get away with it, is it that hard? Make her life a living hell, hell, vandalise, do whatever, get the daft old biddy back.

The old man, well, smack him one

I'll stand up for myself. Rolling Eyes

Very bad advice I should say. A lad who I grew up with finished up with a life sentence for murder when he kicked an eccentric old man, who annoyed him, he died soon after in hospital. He spent half of his 20s and most of his 30s in custody.

You can stand up for yourself with nasty old people very easily by being clever. "Losing it" and causing vandalism, or threats is a lack of control on your part and will cause you much more problems in the long run.

Exactly ! !
Owning a bike, it is essential that you communicate, be friendly and get the neighbours on your side. Exactly what I do, various neighbours come and have a look when I warm up in the street, I am always friendly with them and they all look out for me and my bike.

Perhaps I came across a little harsh, I wouldn't physically go mental at the bloke, all I;m saying is some people need to grow a pair of testicles and stand up for themselves. Rolling Eyes

Throw a BBQ and invite them all. Then have your mates arrive to them give a demonstration of the sound of a single bike idling, against a pack at full bore. Ask the crumblies which one they prefer, and give them the choice of what will be occurring from now on.
