The british people allow this kind of abuse to thrive because they are too GUTLESS to take a stand against it, so let them suffer the cost.

If EVERYONE who was abused by a scamera (for instance) did damage to twice the value of their fine, you can bet the cocksucking scum at westminster would take notice and very likely remove all scameras. They're a criminal fucking affront at the best of times.

Randomly damaging state property would achieve fuck all, not to mention the single officer involved in the whole thing would never even be any the wiser. Reporting the whole thing to whatever authority exists and calling the nearest tabloid journalist would be more productive, more fun, and less likely to land him in any more trouble. I 100% agree that anyone who was robbed of their money like this should not let it slide, but there are better ways of getting your own (and your money) back.

Frankly this whole thing's a gift of an opportunity to show people up, and it would be a real shame not to take advantage of it. Thumbs Up

Which didn't happen as the person appeared outside your front door.

Incidently I believe they would have had to commited an offence under the data protection act to get you vehicle details that quick.

Dance! Oooh ooh ooh! Tell us what the reporter says!

Don't forget to mention it was your old mate MarJay that suggested taking it to the press... Dance!

MarJay wrote:
Oh, you should probably write to the papers about that, and how police time is being wasted chasing up naughty people who show the finger at righteously placed mobile 'safety' scamera units.

Plus aren't we supposed to have a right to protest?

Blimey aren't there unsolved rapes and murders out there??

Since you're missing a punchline, I'm assuming you don't actually fully understand the "Priceless" adverts/jokes. Razz

Suzuki beat me to it. I was going to ask if TWEE was another typo for dweeb.....

Back on topic, I don't think I'd be paying the fine once the copper had said I couldn't have the photo. Makes me think that if he won't let me have a copy, he's not supposed to have it either.

Also seems like a tabloid dream. All the work done by the time they get the email, and a random page filler that will capture a little interest.

Oooh Ahhhh Daily Star.

You might like to purchase a copy of The Sun tomorrow (1/2/06), because according to the journalist that I've talking to many times over the last 24 hours, that's when I get my moment of fame. Very Happy

I am SO looking forward to reading that article ..... Exclamation

Just wish I could have been a fly on the wall when they phoned up the camera office, and asked them to explain their actions to their adoring public Twisted Evil Evil or Very Mad

Enjoy Mr. Green
