ok so israeli troops massed on their borders, and arab troops massed on their borders, israel attacks first, but it was the arabs fault for wanting to have some kind of defence on their borders ?
how dare those naughty arabs put troops on their borders to try to protect themselves from the Israeli need for more land
ok the israeils call it pre emptive, but i could go out and twat someone and say he was gonna hit me so i got him first.
Any judge would send me down and you know it, because i just thought the other guy was gonna hit me. No way of knowing if he ever would have.
Bush used the same pre-emptive strike bullshit on Iraq, as if Iraq was somehow a threat, when Americas best buddy pakistan had been funding the taliban and selling missile technology to korea.
You need to be able to read through the headlines not take them literally.

Like I said, you live in denial. Has the brain-washing in this countries education system been so effective, that people like you can't see reality, even if it jumps up and slaps you around the face?The Arabs were massing on the borders and making huge threats. It was pre-emptive on Israel’s part because of a genuine concern for it's own safety/existence.

Not really sympathising with anyone, just pointed out the reason Israel held disputed terretories. i.e. the 6 day war and why it happened.
I admit I find it more than a little difficult to find sympathy for arabs who wish to destroy Israel, who, despite the rights and wrongs of how it was created all those years ago, does have a right to exist.
Also, it ain't Jews who blow up planes and commit acts of terror all over the globe in the name of some backward religion. It's the Muslims.
If the muslims possibly allowed themselves to move forward into a 21st century way of thinking, they would realize, that there are far more effective and humane ways to settle any dispute they may have with Israel. (Gandhi anyone?) But no, they prefer to fight 'God's' war, against the Jew and the infidel.

Actually, as I learnt from my jewish friend, Zionism and Judaism are massive opposites. Hell, it even tells them that the creation of Israel will cause death and suffering.
I disagree, I don't think that Israel has a right to exist, and it never will in my mind, especially if you read about the atrocities that took place to actually found Israel. Some of it is really disheartening.

Hmm, not sure where you're coming from. Of course they're going to be pissed of with the Israelis, they have every right to, just as they have every right to be pissed of with the US for backing such a thing, and us for following like sheep.
