Hi

I have no great issue with the idea of recycling, but a simple scheme is not dozens of bins emptied on seemingly random days. A single divided bin, designed for the contents to stay seperate as they are emptied into the bin lorry.

Round here we have a normal bin emptied weekly, a garden waste bin emptied every other week of summer and some randomly collected recycling plastic tub.

Its simple economics. By 2008 we wil not be able to open more landfills. Where then will the council dump the rubbish?

Same place plenty of the "recycled" stuff gets sent to be dumped in landfills.

All the best

Keith

Meh, Recycling. Use a load of energy to remake some tat into other tat. As opposed to using a load of energy to make some new tat.
