Some kinda pasta, Rana - fairly generic blobs.

Couple of days ago my sister in law stayed over and brought some artichokes with her. So that was an experience.
Quite an interesting flavour, and the middle bit is - yeah, its okay.

But the faff!

Which brings to mind, Jerusalem Artichokes that are less faff and much more entertaining on account of the supersonic farts they cause.

Two strips of salmon poached in water flavoured with miso paste, then I sprinkled some of those nice crispy fried onions over the salmon and covered them in a sauce made from satay mixed with freshly chopped spring onions.

Nicer than it sounds!
