This film has got to be one of the worst films I've seen in a while, even the new Tron film was better ... it's supposed to be a comedy, at no point did I even crack a smile ... just atrocious!

One Battle After Another - 9.5/10

PTA with a 2hr41min film that never feels slow or boring. Honestly nothing negative to say about this film. I love how the reviews are all positive and the only negatives are the MAGA group who consider it an unsubtle piece of social commentary on anti-immigration. Every part of this film was well done. The script, cinematography, acting and pacing were all just perfect.

I Swear - 9/10

I am not usually a fan of feel good heart-warming type biographies but this was really well made with the right balance of comedy to reality. It is a shame it wasn't advertised more.

Tron: Ares - 6/10

A 2 hour Nine Inch Nails music video. As a huge fan of the previous Tron instalment, I looked forward to this. The script and acting were both a mess. Jared Leto wasn't the worst part of this film (unless you count his role as producer) which was surprising. Still worth watching for the sound/visuals if you like that sort of thing though.

The Long Walk - 7/10

Could have been a short film rather than a feature but it is exactly what you expect from the trailer so can't be too upset. Stephen King knows how to form a decent narrative.

Caught Stealing - 5/10

This should have been better and it had all the ingredients to be a classic but the execution was just off. I am not sure how it is still holding a 7.0 on imdb.

Eddington - 7/10

I love Ari Aster but this was not one of his greats. Not weird enough to be brilliant and not straight edge enough for mass appeal. I hope he does more along the lines of Beau is Afraid in the future.

the film left me thinking about it long after it had finished.
its not often that a movie does that to me.
i would definitely recommend.
