Cheers for the ride on the tripple btw... and the GPZ, I think Confused, Danny.

While I was waiting for the recovery I decided to have a poke around the RS with it's moderately comprehensive tool kit. Whatever I did seemed to have sorted it as it started when I tried bumpstarting it on the off chance.
Got about half way home and decided I should probably stop for some petrol, missed a couple of petrol stations... then the next one was closed (which I did try to pull into) Rolling Eyes. The petrol ran out a few miles later. Managed to eek a few more miles out of it by hanging off the right hand side to tip the bike to the left for the fuel tap... got to within a few hundred meters of a Sainsburies and pushed it the rest of the way. Behaved nicely for the rest of the time and didn't have any of the bogging down probs I had on the way there.
Fun ride back in general Thumbs Up .

I finally got home. bad day in ways, but nice to briefly meet a few of you. Might go next week with some people from R6messagenet so maybe see some of you lot again, not sure yet if I'm gonna go.

Yep was a cool meet, aprt from the unfortunate inccidents, was alot of fun. Nice to meet up and chat, especially with the n00bz Razz. GMKD for the first time on the R6 and my wheelies are getting higher woop Very Happy.
