My teeth are fine. My piercing is nowhere near my teeth (you lot must have odd tongues/teeth).

I'm in quite a bit of agony at the moment - just ate a chocolate spread sandwich and coz it was so sticky it got caught in my bar and hurt Crying or Very sad

Otherwise, I'm eating a bit better, the swelling has gone down but I have a speech problem still.

Is it really that easy to break teeth with tounge piercing???

I have been thinking about it for a while now and just waiting to get my permanent contract at work and then was planning on doing it (just in case they changed their mind after I have done it) but ....

I have some false teeth as I broke them at the age of 8 falling off a push bike and really really would not want to break them (far too expensive to have them rebuilt!!) so if it is that easy to break them then I may change my mind about it!

Iv got a tongue piercing, i dont think its a threat on your teetch at all! Get plastic or titanium balls (he he) on your bar if your that worried.

My other concern is the cost as I am allergic to anything other than gold!! I know that every time I had a new piercing done and tried to kid myself that I could have the surgical steel that it is normally used I always had really bad allergic reactions. I cannot even wear silver for the first year or so and then after that I can still only wear silver or gold!!

Karen, it looks very good and hope that your speech problem is soon solved!
