From looking online you can get 3 - 6 points and maybe a fine up to £1000, however you don't have a license to put the points on to, being very pretty the cops will probably let you off.

Well, colour me surprised.

OK. Here's what I'd do. Forget about it until and unless you get something in the post. Even then, I wouldn't fall over myself to pay any fixed penalty or admit guilt.

The part about your "visa" or deporting you is a blatant lie. They have no power to do any such thing, and if you are prosecuted then I'd feel free to make a complaint about that, and about the sexual harassment. It won't make your situation any worse and it will ruin their day, which has some inherent merit.

Did you show them a copy of your Spanish driving license?

In principle, they can try track it down and try and get points applied. In practice, it's very unlikely to happen. It's far more time than it's worth.

The worst case scenario is that you ignore any fixed penalty notice, are convicted in your absence and actually fined. Many months (or potentially years) down the line there's a small chance that court bailiffs will turn up looking to enforce the fine.

If you're in rented accommodation and are planning to move soon, not really a problem. Or not your problem anyway. Most student accommodation will have court judgements registered against it at some point. If you're staying with friends or family, that's a different story.

But deal with the situation as it enfolds and don't fret about it. It's really not that serious.
