That and I was marshalling at an event on Sunday and wanted to be fit and able for that,not coughing and sneezing if I had been caught out in the pouring rain.

Done that.Been there.

I will be suggesting another date soon.There will be a few others from Kent and so there will be a maximum of six riders.
